ingredients
Baked Oat Base:
- 1⁄2 c. gluten-free rolled oats
- 1⁄3 c. So Delicious Vanilla Coconutmilk Yogurt Alternative (or Unsweetened + 1 tsp agave)
- 1⁄2 very ripe banana
- 1⁄4 tsp. baking soda
- 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
Flavors:
- Blueberry Walnut:
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 1⁄4 c. blueberries
- Chocolate Raspberry:
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1⁄4 c. raspberries
- PB&J:
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. jelly
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into greased 8oz. baking dish.
- Bake for 22-25 mins.
- Cool, top as desired, and enjoy.
Baked Oat Base:
- Blueberry Walnut: Stir in chopped walnuts and blueberries into the mixture, pour into baking dish. Top with additional blueberries if desired.
- Chocolate Walnut: Add cocoa powder in the blender and blend, stir in raspberries, pour mixture into the baking dish. Top with additional raspberries if desired.
- PB&J: Add peanut butter in the blender and blend, pour mixture into baking dish. Top with jelly.
