Baked Oat Base:

  • 12 c. gluten-free rolled oats
  • 13 c. So Delicious Vanilla Coconutmilk Yogurt Alternative (or Unsweetened + 1 tsp agave)
  • 12 very ripe banana
  • 14 tsp. baking soda
  • 12 tsp. vanilla extract

Flavors:

  1. Blueberry Walnut:
    • 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    • 14 c. blueberries
  2. Chocolate Raspberry:
    • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
    • 14 c. raspberries
  3. PB&J:
    • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    • 1 Tbsp. jelly

    Baked Oat Base:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into greased 8oz. baking dish.
  4. Bake for 22-25 mins.
  5. Cool, top as desired, and enjoy.

    Flavors:

  1. Blueberry Walnut: Stir in chopped walnuts and blueberries into the mixture, pour into baking dish. Top with additional blueberries if desired.
  2. Chocolate Walnut: Add cocoa powder in the blender and blend, stir in raspberries, pour mixture into the baking dish. Top with additional raspberries if desired.
  3. PB&J: Add peanut butter in the blender and blend, pour mixture into baking dish. Top with jelly.
