Circular packaging goals
- We’re passionate about designing our packaging to support a shift from a
linear to a circular economy. That’s why it is our goal to be recyclable, reusable
or compostable by 2025.
FSC® certified cardboard
- When we say our products are artfully crafted, we’re talking about more than taste.
We use Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certified paperboard in all of our half
gallon and shelf-stable beverage and creamer packages. - The FSC® is an independent nonprofit that promotes environmentally sound, socially
beneficial, and economically prosperous management of the world’s forests. FSC®
conserves wildlife habitat, protects clean water and respects the rights of Native
people and local communities on 170 million acres of forestland in the US and

Recycled paperboard
- Packages made with post-consumer recycled materials such as recycled paperboard
rely on fewer new materials. That means fewer forests need to be cut down to make
packages. And, using recycled materials increases demand, which helps to support
the market for circular packaging. - Our frozen dessert boxes and our shipping boxes are made with recycled fiber.
We are working to incorporate more recycled content into our packaging, including
our frozen desserts and pints.
