1 C. Raw cashews, soaked in water overnight and drained

34 C. So Delicious Dairy Free Plain Coconutmilk Yogurt Alternative

2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. Agave nectar (optional)

14 tsp. Salt

directions

  1. Place cashews,Coconutmilk Yogurt Alternative, vinegar, agave and salt into a blender or food processor.
  2. Process, pulsing every 5-10 seconds until very creamy and smooth (about 2 minutes).
  3. Refrigerate for an hour, or overnight and allow to thicken.
