34 c. of sago

2 c. of So Delicious Unsweetened Vanilla Coconutmilk

12 c. sugar

Medium pot of water for cooking sago

8 c. of water for making sugar syrup

Optional: Melons for topping, watermelon, honeydew, or rockmelon

directions

  1. Bring a medium pot of water to boil.
  2. Add in the sago to boiling water. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the sago just turns clear (the ideal cooking time will be on the packet of the sago).
  3. Rinse the sago under cold water. Drain and set aside.
  4. Boil 8 cups of water and add in the sugar to make sugar syrup.
  5. Set aside to cool.
  6. Combine the cooled sago, coconutmilk and sugar syrup and give it a good stir.
  7. Option to add fresh melon of your choice.
  8. Cover and keep in the fridge and serve chilled.
