Enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee and coconutmilk creamer, paired with these delicious vegan pouched pears. They’re perfect for any weekend brunch gatherings.

Mix ingredients, except pears, and bring to a boil. Bring boil to a simmer and add the pears. Allow pears to simmer for 10 minutes or until tender. Remove pears and let them cool. Boil wine sauce until the liquid reduces to half. Pour your delicious red wine sauce over pears and top with CocoWhip!™ and crushed pistachios.
