Vegan Mango Pomegranate Cream Soda

Fruity, effervescent and creamy, this recipe will have you daydreaming about an exotic locale.



To make the Grenadine:

  1. Heat the pomegranate juice and whisk – do not simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the organic cane sugar until dissolved. If a more concentrated syrup is desired, stay over the heat and continue to whisk a bit longer.
  3. Add the fresh lemon juice.
  4. If using, add a few drops of orange flower water

For one 16 oz Glass:

  1. Add the mango juice to an ice filled glass. Top with Coconutmilk beverage, then fill the glass with sparkling water.
  2. Finish with the grenadine on the top.
