Vegan Gingerbread Latte with Coconutmilk Barista Style Creamer

Ginger, cinnamon and molasses give this foamy favorite it’s classic gingerbread flavor.

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a small saucepan and heat to desired temperature.
  2. For a foamier latte, add spices, molasses and vanilla extract to freshly extracted (heated) espresso and stir.
  3. Steam the creamer separately and add to the espresso mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with ground gluten-free gingersnap cookies for garnish.
