Vegan Creamy Pesto Pizza Sauce

This sophisticated pizza is dressed with a creamy pesto made with our Almondmilk beverage. The colorful toppings taste as good as they look!

Creamy Pesto Sauce:

  1. Melt one Tbsp of vegan butter in a pan and whisk in one tablespoon of gluten-free flour. Cook for one minute.
  2. Slowly add Unsweetened Almondmilk and bring to a simmer, whisking constantly.
  3. When the sauce has thickened, remove from heat Add two Tbsp of pesto and whisk to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
