Vegan Creamy Cauliflower Garlic Pizza

This different and decadent pizza pie is slathered with a rich, garlic cream sauce made with cauliflower and topped with a veggie medley.

For the Creamy Cauliflower Sauce:

  1. Saute the garlic and butter in a large pan over low heat. Cook for a few minutes, until the garlic is softened. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil. Add the cauliflower, cover and gently cook for about 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
  3. Drain the cauliflower pieces and add them to a blender. Add ½ C of broth, sautéed garlic, salt, pepper, and Almondmilk. Buree for several minutes until smooth.
