Vegan Coconut Hot Buttered Rum

The batter for this classic cocktail is made with our Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert and enhanced by a blend of seasonal spices. Just add hot water and aged rum for the perfect winter warmer.


For the Batter:

    1. Mix the softened, Vanilla Bean Frozen Dessert with brown sugar, spices and a pinch of salt. Allow the mixture to freeze overnight.

For the Cocktail:

      1. To a 1.5 oz. scoop of batter, add 2 oz of Bacardi 8 and stir together with hot water
      2. Pre heat the mug to counteract the batter and the rum cooling down the mixture
      3. Top with CocoWhip


Makes 6 hot drinks!
