Burgers done right! This Vegan California Burger is a must have for summer. Top that our vegan cheese and summer just got a lot tastier. Enjoy, dairy-free friends!


  1. Grill Beyond Meat or vegan patty of your choice.
  2. Combine corn and onions to roast or saute until caramelized.
  3. In the last few minutes of grilling, top patty with So Delicious Cheddar Shreds and melt.
  4. It’s best to melt the shreds with steam on a griddle/hot pan and add 1 tbsp. of water onto griddle and cover with metal pot lid or steamer done for 2 min, or until shreds have thoroughtly melted.
  5. Assemble burger with toasted gluten free buns and  slather on vegan mayo!
  6. Top the patty with avocado slices, tomatoes, onion/corn relish and finally, sprouts.
  7. Enjoy!
