Ultimate Vegan Game Day Burgers

Indulge on game day without feeling like your missing out on a thing! These vegan burgers are stuffed with delicious veggies and beans that come together with an easy egg substitute.


  1. In the remainder of a coconut culinary milk container, shake together 3 T. Water, 1 T. Vegan Worcheschire sauce, and 1/4 C. Ground Flax seed. Check out this recipe page for a clever tip!
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients together with your hands until well combined.
  3. Add the contents of your culinary milk container and let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature before forming patties.
  4. Rub a splash of the olive oil between your hands and form about 1/4 C. of the mixture into a firm patty and set aside. Repeat with remaining mixture (should make about 4 patties).
  5. Heat a skillet to medium high with a splash of olive oil, or heat your grill to 400 degrees. Cook the patties until golden brown and warm in the middle (about 4 minutes per side). If using an outdoor grill you might want to cook the burgers on a sheet of aluminum foil.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings!
