Cook the Jackfruit:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shredded jackfruit and stir for several minutes with a wooden spoon, until brown.
  2. Blend the spices thoroughly before adding to the browned jackfruit with about ¼ C. of water. Stir mixture until the cooking liquid is absorbed.

Prepare the Taco Bar:

  1. Place tortillas on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment. Under a low broiler, heat until warm and golden, but still soft.
