To Assemble:

  1. Press the dough into the bottom of a prepared pan and bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes, until golden. Allow the crust to cool in the pan.
  2. In a small saucepan, gently bring the Culinary Coconutmilk to a simmer. In a glass bowl, add chocolate chips. Pour the hot Coconutmilk over the chocolate chips and whisk until smooth and silky.
  3. Pour the ganache onto the crust and top with a sprinkling of berries and blueberries.
  4. Refrigerate for an hour before cutting and serving. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.

  1. I want to make this for a party I’m going to, in 3 days, but what is Culinary Coconut Milk & where can I find it?

  3. Wait wait. “…bring the Culinary Coconutmilk to a simmer. In a glass bowl, add chocolate chips. Pour the hot Coconutmilk over the chocolate chips…”

If they had already been added they’d be melted, no need to pour over something. At what step are the marshmallows added?

    1. Hi Jenann! Bring the Culinary Coconutmilk to a simmer in a sauce pan. Meanwhile, add the chocolate chips to a glass bowl. Once the Coconutmilk begins to bubble a little, remove it from the heat and pour it over the chocolate chips to melt them. Apologies – hope this helps to clarify!
