This simple, sweet-tart dessert is made with our Culinary Coconutmilk and fresh lemon zest.

Combine the Ingredients:

  1. In a small bowl, mix sugar and lemon zest and set aside.
  2. Add the Culinary Coconutmilk and salt to a large bowl.

Whip it Up:

  1. Use a hand mixer to whisk the mixture until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the vanilla and the sugar mixture and continue to whisk. Slowly add the guar gum until a thick consistency is reached and the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Pour the mousse into dessert cups and chill for 1 hour. Garnish with blueberries, lemon zest and mint before serving.
