Grilled Peaches & Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert

Warm, grilled peach slices with scoops of our own Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert, topped with fresh raspberry “compote” and crunchy granola – This is the ultimate feel-good treat!

Directions

  1. Peel and cut two ripe peaches in half and remove the pits.
    *tip: to help the peach halves sit steadily and face-up, cut the back side of each to create a flat surface.

For the Compote:

  1. Blend fresh raspberries and orange juice until smooth.
  2. Add vegan butter spread to a stove top griddle over medium-high heat and grill peaches face-down.
  3. Remove peaches from heat and allow to cool slightly. Sit them face-up on a plate and add one large scoop of Vanilla Bean Frozen Dessert to each.
  4. Drizzle with “compote” and sprinkle with crunchy granola
    Enjoy immediately!
