Rustic Gluten-free Biscuits with Coconut Oil

These biscuits are the perfect companion for a hot bowl of soup. They’re so buttery-tasting and tender, you’ll forget they’re vegan and gluten-free!


  1. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. Cut the cold coconut oil into the flour mixture until pea-sized pieces are formed.
  3. Add agave nectar and coconutmilk to the mixture and incorporate. The dough will be sticky and wet.
  4. Into a greased muffin tin, drop about 8-10 mounds of dough and bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until golden.


Enjoy warm with a drizzle of agave or vegan butter!
