Frozen Treat Pie

We created this frozen dessert pie in honor of the ultimate Pi Day (3.14.15), because no kid should be without! Enter our #Pi4All Instagram contest to show us your allergy-friendly pie!


  1. Place cocowhip in the refrigerator to defrost. Blend together gluten free flour, sugar and cold vegan butter until crumbly.
  2. Add water and mix into a dough.
  3. Press the dough into a greased pie pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, let first pint of frozen dessert soften until spreadable.
  5. Add to the pie plate, creating an even layer and freeze for at least two hours until set.
  6. Soften the next two pints of frozen dessert and add to the pie, filling the pie pan evenly.
  7. Freeze for two more hours.
  8. Once set, add a layer of cocowhip, and garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
  9. Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
