Dark Chocolate Coconut Bark

The inside of this indulgent no-bake recipe holds a layer of rich coconut filling made with our Culinary Coconutmilk. Top it with almonds or crushed candy to make a totally tempting treat you can either give away, or keep for yourself!



  1. Prepare a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan with a lining of aluminum foil.
  2. Heat 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate evenly into the bottom of the lined pan. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
  4. Combine the coconut flakes, coconut milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, and almond extracts in a bowl until just moist, not wet.
  5. Once the chocolate is hardened, spread the coconut mixture evenly on top, leaving about 1/2″ of the chocolate base layer exposed on all sides.
  6. Melt the remaining 3/4 cup chocolate chips as above, pouring over top of the coconut mixture/almonds, all the way to the walls of the pan. Top with chopped almonds or crushed peppermint sticks.
  7. Refrigerate again until the top has hardened. Remove from the pan and cut into servings.
