This creamy condiment is rich and a little bit tart. As a compliment to soups, savory dishes and sauces, it adds a buttery quality without dairy.

Directions

  1. Place cashews, Cultured Coconutmilk, vinegar, agave and salt into a blender or food processor.
  2. Process until very creamy and smooth.
  3. Refrigerate for an hour, or overnight and allow to thicken.
