Dairy-free Cream of Broccoli Soup

Made extra creamy with the addition of our Cashewmilk beverage, this simple soup recipe is comforting and satisfying any night of the week.


  1. Combine the broccoli, potato, onion and the stock in a saucepan.
  2. Cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Add the garlic near the end.
  3. In batches, puree the mixture. Stir in the Cashewmilk and gently heat to serving temperature.
  4. Season to taste.
