Creamy Vegan Mushroom and Wild Rice Soup

Create this savory soup as a dry mix to store in your pantry or give to friends. Prepare an easy and comforting meal by adding our creamy Cashewmilk Beverage.



To Assemble the Mix:

  1. In a small bowl, thoroughly mix Dairy-Free Country Gravy Mix, bouillon granules and parsley. Pour into a wide-mouth pint jar.
  2. Carefully layer the celery seed and onion flakes into the jar (work from the glass inward, to create a perfectly layered look from the outside.
  3. Add layers of wild rice, white rice and mushrooms. Seal with lid.
  4. Share the recipe on the top of your jar with a large or small printable label.


To prepare the soup:

  1. Empty jar contents into a stockpot. Add water and heat to boiling.
  2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add Cashewmilk and heat through. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
