Dairy-Free Country Gravy Mix

Create this recipe as a dry mix in a jar to keep in your pantry or give to friends. Prepare with our Cashewmilk Beverage for topping gluten-free biscuits.


For the Mix:

  1. Combine all ingredients (mixed well) in a small jar.
  2. Seal and attach directions for use. Share the recipe on the top of your jar with a large or small printable label.

For the Gravy:

  1. On Medium heat, melt the vegan butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add gravy mix and stir constantly until mixture forms a thickened paste.
  3. Add Cashewmilk ½ cup at a time and whisk in-between.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, whisking constantly.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 3-4 minutes and whisk occasionally to prevent sticking or burning.
