Pudding is great all year ’round but for some reason it’s even more delectable near Halloween. This dirt pudding is sure to please chocoholics of all ages with an extra cookie crumble and some sweet and sour gummy worms.

For the Pudding:

    1. Add the almondmilk to a small saucepan and heat over medium/high.
    2. Add the cocoa powder, brown sugar, vanilla and chia seed or agar powder to the pan and whisk in until well combined.
    3. Bring to a low boil then lower the heat while continuing to whisk for 5 minutes over medium/low heat.
    4. Transfer the hot liquid into jars, cups or molds and allow to set in the refridgerator overnight or until the desired consistency is reached.
    5. Crumble some of the cookies with a glass or rolling pin and serve as a topping or sprinkle.

For the Gummies:

    1. In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice, lemon juice, culinary milk and set heat to medium.
    2. While the pan is heating, gently whisk the liquid until combined, then add the sugar and agar agar powder.
    3. Whisk vigorosly for 5 minutes, ensuring the sugar and agar agar powder disolve fully into the liquid.
    4. After 5 minutes, transfer the liquid to a spouted cup (like a measuring cup) or a squeeze bottle before pouring into your molds.
    5. Allow to set in the refridgerator for 2 hours or overnight before removing from the molds.
