Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Bars

Can’t find good strawberries to dip in chocolate? Try glamming up our strawberry bars with this easy recipe.


  1. Microwave the chocolate in a heat safe mug for 30 seconds at a time. The mug will make it easier to dip. There will be extra chocolate after dipping the bars, which can be turned into ganache, brownies or chocolate non-dairy milk.  Stir between microwave times until the chocolate is melted and glossy. Let stand until it reaches room temperature.
  2. Place a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper next to the chocolate bowl. For toppings, place plates of nuts, coconut, sprinkles or other toppings within arm’s reach.
  3. Dip the strawberry bars, one at a time, tilting the bowl if necessary, to coat. As you remove the bar, let excess chocolate drip for a few seconds before gently pressing each side into the toppings of your choice. Place the finished bar on the baking tray to set.
  4. Once all the bars are dipped, place the tray in the freezer for ten ten minutes or until ready to serve.
