Place the chocolate chips and coconut in a shallow, microwave safe bowl. Heat the chocolate chips in the microwave for thirty seconds at a time, stirring after each time, until melted.
Place the candy cane pieces onto a plate.
When the chocolate is smooth and melted, dip the tops of four mugs into the chocolate, one at a time.
Before each one cools, roll the dipped mugs in the candy cane pieces to create a decorated rim.
Chill for five minutes to set.
Place the leftover melted chocolate, the Chocolate Mint Coconut Milk and the creamer in a small sauce pan on low heat and stir every 1-2 minutes.
When steaming, pour into the chocolate dipped mugs.
Optional: Make this an adult drink by adding one ounce of whiskey or vodka to the mugs before adding the chocolate. Make it a mocha! Add one teaspoon of instant coffee or a shot of espresso per serving for a flavorful coffee treat.
