Fall Sippers – 3 Warm Apple Spice Drinks to Match Your Fall Wardrobe

It’s here. Time to break out those flannel shirts and Sherpa-lined vests. Let’s embrace this brisk weather in full fall fashion!

Now that we’re really in the spirit and settled on what to wear, we’ve got designs on something apple-y-sweet and warm to drink. We know you still love a good dairy-free PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte). Not to mention, cranberry, pear and pomegranate flavors all have their autumnal charms. But who can resist the sweet, spicy essence of apple cider this time of year? It’s just so perfect.

We’re always careful not to over-improve on perfection, but you can get pretty ambitious in the crisp fall air. Starting with that classic apple cider, we collaborated to create three sumptuous fall drinks that will keep you as warm on the inside as you are on the outside.

A traditional London Fog is a blend of Earl Grey tea, vanilla and steamed milk. Gorgeous! Tried and true. But where’s the apple spice? Our dairy-free recipe calls for steeping the tea in piping hot cider before adding our French Vanilla Barista Style Creamer. Topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon and lovely star anise, this drink is a pretty spectacular pick-me-up at teatime.

Melanie Mikell has easily become our favorite bartender on home turf in Eugene, Oregon. She worked with us to create an inspired fall cocktail made with apple cider, rye whiskey, fall spices and our Unsweetened Cashewmilk Beverage. It’s creamy, warm and calming, undeniably juicy and full of fall flavor.

By now, we’ve clearly expressed our love for hot apple cider. Thanks to Chocolate Covered Katie, we took that love to the next level by swirling some dairy-free caramel into it.

And no way did we stop there. This premium fall beverage needed something pure and creamy and oh-so-melty good. With one big scoop of Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert, this fall standard became a fall float.
