4 Gluten-Free Donuts Inspired by our Cashewmilk Frozen Desserts

New Cashewmilk Frozen Dessert Flavors from @So_Delicious

In honor of National Donut Day, we made four deliciously baked donuts inspired by our newest Cashewmilk Frozen Dessert flavors—vegan and gluten-free of course!

Salted Caramel Cluster Dairy-Free Ice Cream by @So_Delicious

We tried really hard to keep it to three, though despite our tremendous efforts, we just couldn’t leave out our beloved Salted Caramel Cluster!

You can choose to make your favorite, or make all four. All you will need (equipment wise) is one or two 6-well donut pans and a mixer. Each recipe makes 12 glazed, cake-style donuts. We really love baked donuts because baking keeps the fat content down and they are super easy! No yeast, rise time, or super-hot oil required.

Double Chocolate Cookies n’ Cream Donuts:

Inspired by one of our newest cashewmilk frozen dessert flavors, we made this indulgent gluten-free and Vegan Double Chocolate Cookies n' Cream baked donut in its likeness.

A delectable double chocolate donut topped with crumbled gluten-free sandwich cookies. If you’re a chocolate lover, you’ll definitely love these. Creamy Chocolate Donuts:

Dairy-Free Donuts inspired by @So_Delicious Cashewmilk Ice Creams!

A classic double chocolate donut made both gluten-free and vegan—just like our Creamy Chocolate flavor. To make these guys, just leave the gluten-free cookie crumbles off of the Double Chocolate Cookies N’ Cream Donuts recipe.

Salted Caramel Cluster Donuts:

Inspired by our customer favorite cashewmilk frozen dessert flavor, we made this indulgent gluten-free and Vegan Salted Caramel Cluster baked donut in its likeness.

The Salted Caramel Cluster donut is everything you love about this favorite cashewmilk flavor. Vanilla and cashew butter in the donut base, plus a glaze of dairy-free chocolate, caramel sauce, and brown sugar toasted cashews atop! Click here to get the full Salted Caramel Cluster Donut recipe.

Very Vanilla Donuts:

Gluten-free Donuts inspired by @So_Delicious cashewmilk frozen dessert flavors

The Vanilla Donut base is the same as in the Salted Caramel Cluster donut and is topped with a cashew butter and vanilla bean glaze. To make the glaze, use either a double boiler or a metal bowl atop a saucepan with hot water then add:

Heat the glaze until well combined, and allow it to cool for 10 minutes before glazing your baked donuts!
