10 Reasons Why Being Dairy-free is Awesome:

  1. Standing in solidarity with the 26 million households in the United States with a lactose intolerant member.
  2. Avoiding allergen risk. Milk is one of the top eight foods that children and adults are allergic to.
  3. Reducing the amount of inflammatory foods in your diet. Inflammation is the body’s response to irritants, and certain foods, such as dairy, have been indicated as promoters of inflammation.
  4. Being greener. Dairy has a much larger environmental foot print than plant based milks do.
  5. Being kinder. All of our products are 100% certified vegan, and therefore cruelty-free.
  6. Better digestion. Cheese and milk commonly create digestive upsets.
  7. Less sugar in your diet. Dairy milk naturally contains 13 grams of simple sugar per serving.
