Operations

Maintenance TechnicianAccepting applications – So Delicious Dairy Free is growing and we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Operations Team. 

This position is responsible to execute maintenance activities which support the entire Springfield WhiteWave operation. Cooperation with the maintenance planner, lead, and operations personnel for execution of work to be performed is vital. Ensure the plant is maintained in a safe, efficient manner, in accordance with plant procedures and local, state, and federal regulations. Proactive identification of issues, notifying and rectifying them with both the Maintenance and Operations team is required. Continuous development and formal training to increase skill level is essential. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, cooperative, reliable, patient, considerate, respectful, and passionate about the work that needs to be done. They must have a consistent work history, ability to flex schedule based on business needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical troubleshooting, a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read and interpret schematics, an understanding of how plant/production systems work and the ability to change over equipment to conduct various types of production on the same equipment.  Experience in refrigeration is also a plus!  If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Shift primarily 11am - 7:30pm, Thursday through Monday, with Tues/Wed off; overtime as required. Flexibility is needed to cover time off needs for other shifts.

Production

Production AssociateAccepting Applications – Packages products manually. Performs basic quality control checks, including accurate packaging, package counts, and weight, and evaluates product or package appearance.

Quality

Quality Assurance SupervisorAccepting Applications – Supervise day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance (QA) Department including QA Technicians and QA Coordinator. This position is responsible for managing the QA Department within the Eugene Plant such that they are in full compliance with internal and external regulations. This position is also responsible for developing all necessary tools for training, troubleshooting, problem elimination, and streamlining all processes within the plant. This position will have a routine schedule Monday to Friday from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am and must be willing to work weekend and different shift as needed.
