This year, So Delicious Dairy Free decided to celebrate summer. Our Save Summer campaign is all about celebrating that childhood feeling of summer. In addition to giving away some pretty awesome prizes every week, we choose a theme for our fans to submit photos of ways they are embracing summer time.
For this week’s theme, “Love Notes” we want to celebrate ways to slow down and show affection for our loved ones. Part of living a dairy-free lifestyle includes making wholesome, loving meals with products that are safe and healthy for your family. So Delicious Dairy Free has been blessed with amazing fans, some of whom have amazing food blogs. This week we are featuring these delectable Coconut Quinoa Tacos from Diana at Flip Flops and Avocados. Diana’s blog features healthy vegan food and desserts.
Cooking dairy-free often means getting creative with vegetables, such as using zucchini in the place of pasta, sweet potatoes in place of cheese and using So Delicious nondairy products to replace milk, cream, sour cream and yogurt. So Delicious Dairy Free is working to make it easy for your family to be safe and healthy.
Here are some links to some other great dinner ideas you can cook this week!
Coconut Carrot Soup from Bitter Sweet
Baked Broccoli Fritters with Spiced Yogurt Gravy from Vegan Richa
Summer Vegetable Quiche from Tofu-n-Sprouts
Fried Green Tomato Sandwiches from Vegan Version
